Hinton-Turner Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Marianne Gebhardt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

First visit

My mother and sister went down to visit our grandmother who was living with aunt Marianne. Aunt Marianne taught my about the corgi's she raised and showed as well as the horses. That's where I fell in love with the fiesty little guys. While we were watching TV one night we saw this rat looking thing come up to the window by the patio. Being young girls my sister and I freaked out and went running for aunt Marianne. That we she told us that all is was, was a possium and to leave it alone if we saw it outside. Being city girls we had never seen one before and they were kind of scary looking. LOL
