Obituary for Diane Denniston

Diane Denniston, wife of David Denniston, departed this life, at the age of 71, on Thursday, June 13, 2019, at her home in Paris, after an extended illness. She was born in Paris, KY on December 22, 1947, the daughter of the late Edgar and Edna Ruth Moore Mynear, a graduate of Bryan Station High School, former bookkeeper and cashier at Wal-Mart. She loved being a housewife, cooking, and spending time with family. She was a member of Centerville United Methodist Church. Besides her parents, Diane was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Fay Hash and a nephew, Dennis Hash.
Along with her husband David, she is survived by a special dog, Bennett; nieces, Cynthia Hinkle (Dennis), Shana Jones (Chris), and a nephew, R.D. Hash, Sr., along with several great nieces and great nephews.
The funeral service for Diane Denniston will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Pastor Kyle Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in Paris Cemetery with casket bearers being Dennis Hinkle, Rick Hash, Shane Hinkle, Matt Hash, Tyler Hash and Chris Jones. Honorary bearers will be Jim and Sharon Coffey, Patsy Willoughby, Donald Denniston, Jake Patton, Ricky Dean Hash, Jr., Benton and Nora Day, and James and Diane Hammond.
The family will receive guests on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to, Bluegrass Hospice Care, 1317 US-62, Cynthiana, KY 41031. www.hintonturner.com
