Obituary for Laura Miles Kingsland (Bradford)

In the early morning hours of February 5th, Laura Miles Bradford went home to be with Jesus. She was always smiling, always loving, and never losing hope. Even through the pain of her lifelong illness, she never let go of her love for life and her devotion to family. She never let go of hope for a brighter tomorrow. And these are the lessons she leaves us … Keep a smile even when the day is bleak. Be kind to everyone. Love without boundaries. Dig deep and find hope always.
Lottie loved her animals, U.K. basketball and was a master of Tie-dye, but more than anything, she was so honored to be Isabella’s mom. It was her proudest achievement. Lottie was a dear, precious soul whose absence forever leaves a gap in our lives, but whose uplifting spirit will forever inspire our hearts.
She is survived by her daughter, Isabella Hayden Kingsland; mother, Sherry Pulliam Hughes; father, William Bennett (Beth) Bradford; maternal grandmother, Maxine Pulliam; siblings, William Bennett “Brad” (Beth Ann) Bradford Jr., Tori Bradford (Brian) Menke, Max (Courtney) Bradford, Frank Bradford, Shelby Bennett Bradford; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, A.B. Pulliam; paternal grandparents, Eileen Sipple and Henry Victor “Vic” Bradford; and an aunt, Vicki Bradford Moon.
Private visitation and service will be held at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Steve Crosby. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to American Diabetes Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
