Condolence: Well what can I say, Lulu was a very dear soul on so many levels. Some of my fondest memories of her go back over 30 years when I was young and my sister and father would go for visits a few afternoons a week so dad and Houston could have a few cold ones and Stephanie and I would be entertained by her wonderful hospitality and cold coke a cola and snacks always with a huge smile and laugh. Then as an adult my husband and I moved back to Kentucky and our family get together were always a highlight! She will be dearly missed by many, but knowing she is reunited with Houston puts a big smile on my face. Thank you Lulu for being the kind of person we should all strive to be! RIP and in my mind you will never be forgotten

Condolence: LuLu was such a special friend to our family, and especially to my parents Ann & Steve Long. I have many fond memories of visiting the Jacoby home on the farm, when I was a teenager. I always enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and their parents. In more recent years, I visited LuLu in her smaller home with my mother and my two daughters when we would come to Paris from Indianapolis. She would always talk about her family members and how proud she was of them. I'm glad my kids had a chance to get to know her, too. They always said she was "such a sweet lady." I'll remember her smile, her sunny disposition, and her fun sense of humor. I can only hope to have the same positive attitude in my golden years. LuLu set an example for all of us to follow, and she will be dearly missed. My deepest and most sincere sympathy to the Jacoby Family.

Condolence: I have not spent much time with Lulu. However, I do have fond memories, of her. When I was growing up in Lexington, I remember when she and Houston lived in the house on Paris pike. They always had my family over for dinner or afternoon gatherings. She was a great friend to my parents, Ann and Steve Long. I remember her love for animals, especially dogs.:) She will be missed. With deepest sympathy, Kelly christensen
