Condolence: I am so saddened to learn of Charles' passing. As a long time resident of Haverford Place apartments, I have nothing but fond memories and respect for Charles. He was hard-working, and took pride in doing excellent work. He was always friendly and respectful. Charles went out of his way to help me on several occasions. He definitely was an asset to our community and a friend to all. Please accept my condolences to his entire family and circle of friends. Karin Glassman
