Condolence From: Burl Lovell
Condolence: Jim was a good public servant. First as a County Sanitarian and then as director of the Bourbon County Health Department, he acted in his clients best interests. As a long time member of the Paris Lions Club he was concerned for the welfare of the community. He will be missed, and I consider it an honor to have known him.
