Condolence: I am very sorry for your loss. The family is in my prayers. Colonel Grimes was my physics teacher at Bourbon County High School in 1975. He was an awesome teacher and just a nice man. I did not realize all of the things he did. He lived a full life and left a legacy. I know his presence will be missed.

Condolence: Colonel Grimes was one of my favorite Teachers at Bourbon County High. His military background was one his most defining attributes. He was stern but fair and made learning a fun experience and never dull. Please accept my deepest condolences on his passing. He will definitely leave behind a legacy as he was loved and respected by so many lives that he touched on a daily basis.

Condolence: One of my all-time favorite teachers at Bourbon County. A man of integrity and joy, he was always positive and professional. I loved his smile, his brisk mannerism, and his willingness to explain Chemistry and Physics concepts to me over and over again with kindness and humor. He was a great man and a committed educator. Praying for his family during this time of loss.

Condolence: I am so sorry for yoour loss. Colonel Grimes was one of the most interesting teachers that I encountered at Bourbon County High School. His Science class was always interesting. His style, his smile, his respect for the students, and his obvious love of GOD, COUNTRY and FAMILY set a very high standard for Teachers in my mind.
