Mary Katherine Earlywine, 72, a retired customer service representative for Columbia Gas, wife of Dailey Earlywine, died Monday, June 15, at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born May 13, 1943 in Paris, daughter of the late Forrest and Nancye Collins Jones, a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and was a member of First United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Earlywine, Carlisle, Nicolle Vaughn, Bourbon County; two grandchildren, Forrest Vaughn, Victoria Vaughn; and two sisters, Patsy Rader, Nicholasville, and Dorothy Skaggs, Lexington. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Jerri Williams with burial in Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Lanny Earlywine, Forrest Vaughn, Gary Small, Billy Barton, Bob Wilson, Eddie Watson, and Utah Cox. Honorary bearers will be Nina Parsons, Alice McCord, Maxine Kendall, and Dottie Tussey. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or one's favorite charity.
