Frances Jean McMahan, 82, a retired bookkeeper, wife of William “Billy” Bruce McMahan, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She was born December 11, 1934 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Ed and June Burns Pitts. Jean was a 1952 graduate of Paris High School, graduate of Fugazzi Business College, and was a member of Paris First Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Jean is survived by two daughters, Laura (George) Bills, Cathy (Bruce) Jones; and two grandsons, Ashleigh (Stephanie) Bills and Marty Dylan Bruce Jones. A brother, Billy Pitts, preceded her in death. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 27, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with funeral service at 1:00 p.m. by Rev. Don Reed. Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be George Bills, Ashleigh Bills, Robbie Downing, Roger Pitts, Marty Jones, Bruce Jones, and Todd McMahan.
