Donald Ray  Roe
Donald Ray Roe, 71, retired assistant vice president of data processing for Kentucky Bank, widower of Patricia Ann Love Roe, died Friday, November 10, 2017 at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born June 11, 1946 in Bourbon County, son of the late Elmer Wallace and Iva Vandy Roe. Donald was a 1964 graduate of Paris High School, attended Fugazzi Business College, and was a member of Paris First Baptist Church. He is survived by a daughter, Tammy R. (Jim) Willard, Lexington; two grandchildren, Ryan Willard, Lindsay Willard; a brother, Elmer Wallace (Sue) Roe Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. A daughter, Tina Roe, preceded him in death. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 14, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Casket bearers will be E.W. Roe, Nathan Roe, Alex Roe, Barry Sargent, Jarrod Carter, and Jon Hatfield. Honorary bearers will be Gary Carter and George Love. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church Building Fund or Paris Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
