Thomas Wayne “Tom” Bussell, 73, a hair stylist, died Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born November 19, 1943 in Bourbon County, son of the late Elgan Houston and Geneva Ellen Wagoner Bussell, a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and attended Central Christian Church, Lexington. Tom is survived by two sisters, Emma Lee (Dennie) Ferrell, Lorena B. Johnson; a brother, John Houston Bussell; half-brother, Billy Allen (Ezella) Wagoner; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 16, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with burial in Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Dwayne Rice, Larry Robinson, Dean Favorite, Tommy Adkins, Billy Bussell, Singleton Yeary, and Dennie Lee Ferrell. Honorary bearers will be A. T. Wagoner Jr., Paul Joseph, Robert King, Bill Wagoner II, Sam Favorite, Zachary Favorite, Julie Roberts, Pat Spicer, Todd Ferrell, Faith Powers, Lynn Wagoner, and residents of Central Christian Church Apartments. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
