Carolyn Joyce Norman, 75, widow of James Hubert Norman, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She was born December 18, 1940 in Clark County, daughter of the late Samuel Simpson and Dortha Rose Abner McIntosh. Carolyn is survived by a son, Doug (Ann) Norman, Nicholas County; a daughter, Connie (Danny) Mitchell, Paris; two grandchildren, Ashley (Alfredo) Lopez, Brandy (Jared) Martin; four great grandchildren, Camryn Mitchell, Parker Lopez, Jose Lopez, Isabella Lopez; two sisters, Sharon Happ-Davis, Abby Brumback; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 29, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Casket bearers will be Doug Norman, Connie Mitchell, Danny Mitchell, Alfredo Lopez, Jose Villasana, and Sharon Happ-Davis. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday.
