Vicky Marlene Waters (Fryman)
Vicky Fryman Waters, 65, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at her home. She was born November 23, 1950 in Paris, daughter of the late Everett and Betty Mitchell Fryman. Vicky is survived by a daughter, Beverly (Jim Robinson) Miller, Paris; a son, Phillip (Linda) Miller, Georgetown; two grandsons, Brandon Miller, Justin Perry, both of Paris; a sister, Cheryl (Ron) Dryden, Paris; nephew, Chad Smart; and a great nephew, Kenneth Smart. Funeral service will be 12 noon Friday, September 30, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Chaplain Rick Snyder with burial in Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Ron Dryden, Jim Robinson, Robert Sheeler, Brandon Miller, Justin Perry, and Chad Smart. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday.
