Obituary for Mildred VanHook (Lutes)
Mildred VanHook, 84, widow of Stanley VanHook, died Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home in Carlisle. She was born April 1, 1932 in Casey County daughter of the late Anderson and Mary Lanham Lutes. Mildred is survived by two sisters, Betty Jean Ward, Phyllis Ann Crump; two brothers, Bobby Lutes, Kenneth (Christina) Lutes; a special niece, Patricia Stith; and several other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 16, at Piney Grove #1 Baptist Church Cemetery in Somerset.
