Lorena Mae Arledge, 83, died Monday, May 23, 2016 at Johnson Mathers Nursing Home in Carlisle. She was born January 1, 1933 in Georgetown, daughter of the late James S. and Naomi Reynolds Sharp, attended Bourbon County schools, and was a member of Bedford Acres Christian Church. Lorena is survived by a son, Jimmy L. Craves, Paris; daughter, Debbie Lynn (Ron) Boring, Hopestown, Florida; two brothers, Jackie Sharp, Richmond, Douglas Sharp, Paris; two sisters, Shirley Bailey, Linda Garrison, both of Paris; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, at the Paris Cemetery Chapel by Rev. Jim Hutchison. Visitation will be 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
