Frances Conner "DeeDee" Otte, 77, Paris, widow of Harry Clifford Otte Jr. and Roy Allen Lowe, died Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation. She was born December 13, 1933 in Paris, daughter of the late Eugene and Marie Weaver Conner and was a member of Millersburg Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She is survived by a son, Alan C. (Kathy) Lowe, Lewisville, TX; a daughter, Debbie Lowe, Paris; stepson, Harry Bruce (Judy) Otte, Paris; stepdaughter, Rebecca Lynn (Bjorn) Holestol, Sandnes, Norway; grandson, Perry French, Paris; granddaughter, Carolyn Lowe, Lewisville, Texas; three step grandchildren, Clifford Neil (Nova) Otte, Falls Church, VA, John Tyler (Samantha) Otte, Winchester, Larisa Holestol, Norway, and four great grandchildren. Memorial services will be 5:30 p.m. Sunday, January 23, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Dale Dragomir. Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorials are suggested to American Lung Association.
