Lila Elizabeth Vickers, 82, of Liberty Street, North Middletown, widow of Samuel H. Vickers, died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at her home. She was born September 20, 1927 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Sherman and Moslette Caskey Traylor, Sr. and was a member of the North Middletown Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by two daughters, Pamela V. (Roy) Moore, Murfreesboro, TN, Betsy V. Frazier, North Middletown; three grandsons, David Lee (Krystal) Frazier, II, North Middletown, Samuel Nathan (Stephanie) Frazier, North Middletown, Derek Brian (Michelle) Moore, La Crescent, MN; and three great grandchildren, Amellia Jade Frazier, Branson Lee Frazier, and Samuel Robert "Jacob" Frazier. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Larry Compton with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be David Lee Frazier, II, Samuel Nathan Frazier, Derek Brian Moore, Roy Moore, Tina Vance, Doug Martin, and Tim Garrison. Honorary bearers will be Dr. James L. Ferrell, Michelle Moore, Krystal Frazier, Stephanie Frazier, Amellia Jade Frazier, Branson Lee Frazier, Samuel Robert "Jacob" Frazier, and Viola Traylor. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday. Memorials are suggested to WEDCO.
