Paul Douglas Wagoner, II, 26, Prescott Road, an electrician at the University of Kentucky, died Sunday, May 31, 2009. He was born January 12, 1983 in Lexington, son of Doug and Ginger Terry Wagoner, Bourbon County, a 2001 graduate of Bourbon County High School and was attending Lexington Technical Institute. Paul D. was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Stoner Creek Country Club, and the Paris City Club. He is also survived by two sisters, Amy (Matthew) McConnell, Paris, Andrea (Mark) Underwood, Toney, AL; maternal grandmother, Helen "Dotti" Swinford, Paris; a niece, Elizabeth Grace Underwood; his loving girlfriend, Heather Chitwood, North Middletown; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 4, at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) by Rev. Jeff Bell with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Jeremy Barnett, Mark Rogers, Jack Fayne, Jarrod Argo, Charlie Yazell, Todd McConnell, Andrew Kearns, and Lafe Hurst. Honorary bearers will be Adam Berry, Tommy Kennon, Bryan Moran, Mitch Cooper, Chris Hunt, Todd Dickerson, David Craig, and David Holland. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorials are suggested to Kosair Children's Hospital or the American Heart and Lung Association.
