Mary Lou Dockenbrode Osborne, 82, of North Middletown, retired bus driver for the Bourbon County school system, widow of Paul Osborne, died Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Cedar Ridge Health Campus in Cynthiana. She was born December 19, 1932 in Paris, daughter of the late James John and Cora Lee Venable Dockenbrode. Mary Lou was a graduate of Paris High School, a former Girl Scouts leader, member of Daughters of the American Revolution, a Kentucky Colonel, and was a member of North Middletown Christian Church. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, August 13, at Paris Cemetery Chapel by Rev. Stephanie Moon. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or North Middletown Christian Church.
