Condolence: Kathy, since moving away I can't really keep up with the news. I know this is late but I want to say how much I enjoyed my time with Gordon. I would run up the street on Cypress and he would teach me to shoot a basketball on the goal you had in the back yard. We always chatted when we would run into each other. A good man.

Condolence: Dear Kathy, I am so sorry to hear about Gordon's death. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Gordon and I became good friends when we lived across the street (Cypress) from you. Gordon and I were in the same grade, and I stayed with you all, a couple of times, when my parents were out of town for a weekend. I left Paris in 1958 after graduation and lost touch. I was so pleased to read about his many accomplishments. I am sure he was a wonderful teacher and coach. I want to express my sympathy to you and the rest of the family. Condolence: Hi Cathy and Ronnie, So sorry to hear about Gordon's passing. He showed a tremendous amount of courage fighting his cancer. He maintained his sense of humor for a long time when others would have given up. We will miss his company and most importantly his stories of the past. We know that he cared deeply for his family. Bless you all at this time and know we will be thinking of you.
