Toby Ann Allen, 67, a real estate broker, widow of J. David Allen, died Thursday, September 4, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born November 12, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Willa Lee Blackburn McCabe. Toby was a member of Bedford Acres Christian Church and the Red Hat Society. She is survived by two sons, Greg (Sharon) Allen, Nicholasville, Jason Allen, Paris; and two grandchildren, Carlee and Carson Allen, Nicholasville. A daughter, Renee Allen, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday, September 8, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Jim Hutchison. Graveside committal services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery by Rev. Bill Brown. Casket bearers will be Ernie Elmore, Bill Sprinkle, Ralph Hensley, Mike Johnson, Merle Wasson, and Jim Poe. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
